I cannot find any suitable buildings for rent. And, I am convinced that if I were mobile I could take my educational exhibit to Bigfoot Conferences, State and County Fairs and hundreds of local schools. PLUS, I have a curriculum that schools could insert into various classes, history, art, biology, grammar , psychology, etc…….. I need help! funding, carpenters, mechanics, artists AND IDEA PEOPLE !!!!I have many displays, casts and molds, pictures , books, cd’s and dvd’s. Everything is 100% ready to be installed ! This would be a great project and an awesome adventure ! By the way, did I mention that I need a bus, rv or a trailer ??? Does anyone have one they would love to donate?? I have had two annual Bigfoot Conferences and attendees came from 14 states ! I have an excellent reputation. Have a wonderful day, Harriett McFeely, The BIGFOOT LADY

A few weeks ago I used it in my TEDx talk: “How to present to keep your audience’s attention”: https://youtu.be/BmEiZadVNWY

I’m so glad the original speech did not look like this… “I have a PowerPoint!”

What do you find the most important aspect of strategic communication? Audience, objective or measurement?

Comment on Social Cognitive Theory (SCT) by Inyene_Pearldac https://www.idea.org/blog/2006/06/01/social-cognitive-theory-sct/#comment-25642 Thu, 21 May 2015 01:13:42 +0000 http://www.idea.org/blog/?p=125#comment-25642 I am of the opinion that learning cannot be complete without the direct or indirect influence of an expert. Direct influence in the sense that, an expert is physically present and very much aware or involved in transferring knowledge to the learner. Mostly, his presence is meant to correct mistakes, introduce new methods and also, monitor the progress of the learner. But it could also be indirect, in the sense that, the expert may not necessarily be aware of the knowledge being passed but unknowingly plays a major role in making up the “prior” knowledge of the learner.and therefore has still played a role in the transfer of knowledge. This although does not mean that i totally disagree with the cognitive theory of practice and this article has really helped my understanding of social cognitive theory.

Power point would have dulled the passion in the speech.

You can use this to convert JSON to CSV which (when opened in a spreadsheet) is a more chart-friendly format.

There will be a 99c per item charge but not the 39.99/month fee. Depends how many books you’re selling a month.
